The end of handling fees? The Supreme Court ruled: “The money must be transferred to the passenger in full”

A customer of Issta, whose flight to Warsaw was cancelled, received only part of his money back and did not give up even after two tribunals approved deducting handling fees from him. The Supreme Court overturned the decision and set a rule of significance for travelers: travel agencies must transfer to them the full refund amount they received from the airline, even if the agreement's terms allow for a commission.
