Hidden Pools and Surprising Waterfalls: Water Hikes for Sukkot

Just before autumn arrives, the intermediate days of Sukkot are a perfect opportunity to go on a wet hike, perhaps the last of the season. We have chosen five water routes for the whole family, from a hidden stream in the Golan Heights and concealed pools in the western Galilee, through the Valley of Springs and the Jordan Rift Valley, to surprising gems on the coastal plain.
