The pitas here are among the best in Israel. But the za'atar salf is perfect

It hides inside a gas station and looks almost like a secret kept for dough connoisseurs only, but the pitas from Jirpy Bakery are a great reason to come to Rehovot — and go home with at least ten, and not give up the salf. It counts taste, love and makes sure oil doesn't spill on it.
