On the way to decoding dark matter? The development that could help identify the elusive particles in the universe

Researchers from the Hebrew University have identified three unique quantum materials capable of amplifying extremely small energy signals, thereby opening a new era in the search for the elusive particles that make up about 85% of the universe's matter. The discovery was made possible by detectors with sensitivity hundreds to thousands of times greater than current technologies.
